At Pine Street Clinic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to keep your tracking information active.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
